Who We Are

Timber Forge Co. runs a vertically integrated denim factory in Xintang, Guangzhou — the heart of China’s jeanswear industry. Since 2005, we have manufactured jeans for brands across North America, Europe and Australia, covering everything from fabric sourcing and pattern making to cutting, sewing, washing and final QC.

We are not a trading company. Every order is produced in our own factory with in-house washing studio, laser and ozone eco-washing lines, and a dedicated sampling team. This means faster lead times, stable quality and prices you can trust. Need jeans made exactly to your spec? We produce custom jeans from your design: your fit, your fabric, your hardware, your washes. Our in-house pattern team works from tech packs, samples or even photos. We support a wide range of fabrics — 10-16 oz selvedge, stretch denim, rigid denim, recycled cotton blends — and washes from light stone to heavy acid.
